Surplus Lines Stamping Office of Texas Mourns the Passing of Cheyenne Herrera
Austin, TX June 17, 2025. It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the Surplus Lines Stamping Office of Texas (SLTX) announces the passing of our dear colleague and friend, Cheyenne Herrera.
Cheyenne was a valued member of the SLTX team. She dedicated 26 years of her career and life with SLTX. Known not only for her professionalism and dedication to her work, but also for her warmth, compassion, and unwavering support for her peers. Her presence brought light and positivity to the workplace, and her contributions to the organization will leave a lasting legacy.
Beyond her professional achievements, Cheyenne will be remembered for her kindness, grace, and the genuine care she showed to everyone around her. She was more than a coworker, she was a friend, a mentor, and a bright spirit who touched many lives.
SLTX extends its deepest condolences to Cheyenne’s family, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time. We are grateful for the time we shared with her and will honor her memory through continued commitment to the values she embodied every day.
