SLTX to Update Staff Email Addresses Beginning February 1
Austin, Texas – The Surplus Lines Stamping Office of Texas (SLTX) has embarked on a communications strategy for the year 2017 to enhance its digital presence and update its brand. Effective February 1, 2017, SLTX will replace its current staff email addresses, and will instead be transitioning to addresses consistent with its new logo.
New email addresses will use the domain “@sltx.org” and will replace the formerly used “@slsot.org.” The addresses will continue to be comprised of the employee’s first initial and last name, i.e. “email@example.com.”
Beginning February 1, 2017, our servers will automatically forward emails sent to the former domain to the new email accounts for 90 days. After this period, these emails will not be received. In the interim, all outgoing emails by SLTX staff will be sent from “@sltx.org” addresses.
In addition, general inquiries will no longer be made to “firstname.lastname@example.org.” Instead, comments or questions will be submitted through an online form on our website or through the email address “email@example.com.”
Once the new domain is in effect, make sure to update your contact lists with the correct email addresses so that correspondence is not affected.
As SLTX continues this process, we will send periodic updates and reminders regarding any upcoming changes.
